Learn the Art of Emotional & Nervous System Transformation
Have you ever sat across from a friend, a partner, or a client during a moment of deep suffering and felt powerless to help them? Somewhere deep down, you know there’s a transformation waiting to happen, but you don’t have the right tools to help it take birth.
These are defining moments. If we meet these moments with skill, they can transform into meaningful mental, emotional, and spiritual growth.
Maybe you are the person everyone turns to. You are the natural space-holder in your circles. The one who listens, the one who stays when things get difficult. But being a natural healer without professional tools is exhausting. Or maybe you're already working with clients and can tell there's something much deeper you can tap into below the surface. You’ve felt the weight of wanting to help but not knowing how to guide the energy in the room, or worse, feeling like you’re absorbing the pain of others because you don't yet have the tools to hold it and transform it.
Traditional therapy trains us to endlessly ruminate about our challenges. Yet this does not touch on the deep, nervous-system roots of our psychosomatic patterns, where true, sustained healing occurs.
The Psychosomatic Practitioner Training is about learning to transform emotional challenges and trauma imprints into breakthroughs and meaningful personal growth. You’ll learn trauma-informed tools centered around the foundational principles of Somatic Psychology, including:
Narrative Shifting
Window of Tolerance & Nervous System Regulation
Resourcing
Titration/Pendulation
Trauma Imprints / Implicit Memory
Attunement & Co-regulation
This training invites you to engage deeply with your own somatic nervous system regulation and to learn how to facilitate transformation for others under the guidance of experienced somatic therapists.
