The Psychosomatic Practitioner Training is about learning to transform emotional challenges and trauma imprints into breakthroughs and meaningful personal growth. You’ll learn trauma-informed tools centered around the foundational principles of Somatic Psychology, including:

This training invites you to engage deeply with your own somatic nervous system regulation and to learn how to facilitate transformation for others under the guidance of experienced somatic therapists.
