Our Mission:
The Integrative Psychology Institute is a mission to reimagine therapy and transform the culture of mental health. We’re expanding the boundaries of traditional therapy to create a genuinely integrative approach—one that addresses the full complexity of the human experience and integrates the body into the therapy process.
Our journey began with a powerful insight: conventional therapy often overlooks crucial dimensions of healing. True mental health encompasses far more than cognitive strategies and emotional exploration—it involves a deep integration of mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirituality. Historically, these areas have been addressed in isolation, leaving critical gaps in therapeutic practice.
We’re here to bridge those gaps.
Our diverse team includes therapists, neuroscientists, healers, physicians, nutritionists, coaches, and yogis, all united by a shared vision: creating a therapeutic paradigm that integrates modern psychology, neuroscience, somatic practices, functional medicine, and spirituality.
Together, we’re redefining mental health education—offering training that’s both profoundly human and practically effective. Our programs equip students not just with knowledge, but with the clinical and relational skills necessary to foster deep, lasting transformation in their clients’ lives.
“It’s impossible to treat trauma objectively without acknowledging its connection to physical health.”
