Targeted Mentoring While You Open a Practice
Most business training for new practitioners gets the priority order wrong. It starts with branding, social media strategy, website design, content calendars — the visible stuff that feels productive but rarely fills a practice. Months later, you have a polished Instagram presence and no clients. Or worse, you have a few clients but no idea what your actual specialty is, so you say yes to everyone and burn out trying to be everything.
This program works in the opposite direction. We stripped out as much theory as we could and built the program around one thing: direct mentoring while you actively start seeing clients. Not after you've perfected your website. Now.
The first thing we address is the question most programs skip entirely: what is your practice focus? Not what sounds interesting to you — what does the market actually need? We built a system that uses real demand data to help students identify a high-demand niche objectively, then define a clear scope of work within it. Mental health services are in enormous demand.

The practitioners who struggle aren't struggling because there aren't enough clients. They're struggling because they haven't gotten specific enough about who they serve and what they do.
The second shift is harder to hear but more important: you don't need to be on Instagram. We actively encourage students to get off of it. The practitioners who build sustainable, thriving practices don't do it through content marketing. They do it through referrals. And referrals come from professional habits — showing up consistently, communicating clearly with referring providers, doing good work, and being easy to send people to. When your referral network is strong, you'll never wonder where your next client is coming from.
This program is led by a mentor who has built what you're trying to build, and walks with you as you do it. Less theory. More practice. Clients first, branding later.
Program Overview:
The goal of this program is simple. By the time you complete, you should have:
A clearly defined scope of work
A clearly articulated practice focus that references real demand data
A basic, simple website and brand platform that articulates your scope and focus to begin attracting clients
Module one of this program focuses on inner work and professional habits that will set you up to receive client referrals.
Module two shifts to focus on articulating your branding and practice focus across your website. We provide students with a simple website template that eliminates technical complexity and allows them to launch a website quickly.
This course is competency-based, and students who complete it can transfer 6 credits toward our master's degree program.

Recorded content and one live session a month (lifetime access).
Start-to-finish practice materials, including sample scoping documents, client forms, a website template, and instructional videos for all technical setup in Part 2.

No, there are no prerequisites. Experience in coaching is helpful in preparing you for professional practice, but it is not a requirement.

Yes, this program is entirely online. Each level includes both pre-recorded and live zoom course components. All live sessions are pre-recorded for asynchronous learning.

You'll get access to a live mentoring call once a month. Most students absorb and implement all the ideas in the course within six months. Although you have access for life and can do so at your own pace.

This is a competency-based course meaning that it's not defined by the total number of hours and it's totally self-paced. When you enroll you'll receive the course materials which you can go through at your own time. There are clear checkpoints and when you complete the checkpoints you will pass through the course. The monthly live call is there to provide you with real feedback and mentoring as you go through the materials.

Integrative Psychology is an approved secondary education provider with the Integrative Therapists Association™ (ITA). ITA is an independent credentialing body that approves standards for mental health practitioners and educators in somatic, body-based, and alternative mental health practice. Integrative Psychology has been approved to provide up to 400 hours of professional training, meeting the secondary education requirements for the Certified Integrative Therapist (CIT) credential.
