Build a full remote clientbase in 6 months
COACHING & THERAPY BUSINESS PROGRAM
Build a thriving remote practice with close mentoring from therapists & coaches who've already done it.
6 Credits towards our MA Degree.
Next Cohort Starts: June 22, 2026
You have the skills. Now you need clients.
You’ve done the training. You're good at what you do. But the business side keep stalling, preventing you from taking the next step in your career and life.
You've thought about it a hundred times: the website, the niche, the pricing, where clients actually come from. And every time, it feels like a different world from the work you trained to do.
Most new practitioners try to solve this with marketing. They build an Instagram presence, maybe run some ads, post content, and hope the algorithm does something. It almost never works. Not because the content is bad, but because that's not how people find a practitioner.
What actually works is simpler: specificity and referrals. Get clear on exactly who you serve and what you do for them. Then build professional habits that make other providers want to send people your way. When your referral network is strong, you stop wondering where your next client is coming from. They just show up.
This program teaches you how to do both.
Meet Your Mentors
This isn't a course where you watch lectures and figure it out on your own. When you enroll, you get direct access to two mentors who've built what you're trying to build. They work with you on the specifics: your niche, your website, your referral strategy, your pricing, until you're seeing clients.
Ilona Varo, LMFT
Therapist, EntreprenuerIlona is a licensed integrative therapist in Los Angeles who works with women dealing with body shame, burnout, and emotional exhaustion. She came to clinical work from the beauty and entertainment industries, and that background shapes how she practices — her approach blends trauma and somatic training with real understanding of the pressures her clients live inside. Her philosophy for students is that the best marketing is doing your own work. Master the specific problem you solve, keep growing personally, and the clients come.
Founder, Integrative PsychAdam Carney
Adam founded Integrative Psychology after running Wisdom Medicine, an 18-clinician functional medicine clinic. That experience taught him what actually makes wellness practitioners succeed — and, just as useful, what doesn't matter at all. His approach to business training is built around that distinction. He teaches students to build practices that reflect who they are, not just what scales. Growth should develop the practitioner, not just the practice.
Why Most Practitioners Stay Stuck
There are millions of people searching for a mental health practitioner every month. The demand is real. But most new practitioners never tap into it. It’s not because they're not skilled, but because they haven't gotten specific enough about who they help and how.
The first instinct is to cast a wide net. Be a "holistic wellness coach" who can help anyone with anything. But that's exactly what makes you invisible. The practitioners who fill their caseloads fast are the ones who can say, clearly and specifically: I help this person with this problem. Tha” That specificity doesn't require a license, a degree, or a following. It requires honesty about what you're actually good at and who you actually want to work with.
The other thing most people get wrong is where they spend their time. You don't need to be on Instagram. We actually tell students to get off it. The practices that sustain themselves over the long term aren't built on content. They're built on referrals: showing up consistently, doing good work, communicating clearly with other providers, and being someone that's easy to send people to.
When you get those two things right, you have a practice that doesn't depend on algorithms or posting schedules. It depends on you being good at your job.
What you'll have when you're done
By the time you finish, you should be seeing clients.
Everything in this program is designed around that. No theory for the sake of theory. Every session, every exercise, every piece of feedback is pointed at getting you into practice.
Part one is about the inner work and professional habits that make clients want to come back and refer others to you. You'll get specific about who you serve, develop your clinical voice, and build the referral habits that become your primary client pipeline. This is the part most business programs skip, and it's the part that matters most.
Part two is about making yourself findable. You'll build a simple website that clearly communicates what you do and who you do it for. We give you a template that eliminates the technical complexity. No design skills needed, no weeks spent choosing fonts. The goal is a clean, professional site that you can launch quickly and start attracting clients from.
By the end, you'll have:
A defined specialty based on real demand, not wishful thinking
A referral system and the professional habits to keep it running
A live website that positions you clearly to the people who need you
A pricing structure and client intake process that's ready to go
