Synch: Our Immersion Retreats
Join our bi-annual in-person immersion where we grow together in our depth and embodiment of somatic healing.
June 7-10, 2026 | Phoenix, AZ
December 7-10, 2026 | Phoenix, AZ
About The Event:Every year our team designs a transformative experience designed to deeply enhance our students’ depth of integration, and skill-focused specifically on group facilitation.
We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
❋ Intentional Structure
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
❋ Collaborative Energy
Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
❋ A Supportive Space
About our In-Person Immersions:
When we have deep addictions, the stories we use to justify our behaviors become more and more ridiculous. Even the smartest people on earth are prone to this.
Psychologically, storytelling is a compensatory pattern to make up for our deficiencies. We don't tell stories because they're true. We tell stories because they justify our world views and, more so, justify our own shortcomings.
It's amazing how different the world looks when you understand that all the stories floating around are just justifications for our own shortcomings.
